Partner Terms

These terms govern your activity as a A-TaSA partner (VTC, Delivery and/or Carpooling) in Benin. By continuing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About A-TaSA

ATASA Group operates the A-TaSA platform in Benin: transport (VTC), parcel delivery and carpooling. As a partner, you receive missions from customers through the application. By registering as a partner, you accept these terms, whatever activity (or activities) you carry out.

2. Operator identification

The A-TaSA platform is published and operated by ATASA Group, Société à responsabilité limitée (SARL), registered with the Cotonou Trade and Personal Property Credit Register under RCCM number RB/CO/26 B 43301 and identified under IFU number 1200901598609, with its registered office located at [ADRESSE DU SIÈGE À COMPLÉTER].

3. Becoming a partner

- Be at least 18 years old and have a valid Beninese phone number (+229) - Have a vehicle suited to your activity and, for VTC and Carpooling, a valid driving licence - Provide a complete and accurate file: photo, identity document, licence and vehicle documents Your account is activated only after A-TaSA has approved this file. A false or incomplete file may be refused and the account suspended. Customers see your nickname or first name, your photo and your vehicle.

4. Location

Location is required to receive missions. Your position is tracked while you are available or on a mission, including when the application is in the background. It is shared with the customer concerned (or the sender and recipient of a parcel) during the mission, and with A-TaSA for the service to work. It is never used for third-party commercial purposes.

5. How a mission works

1. You receive the request (sound alert, even with the phone locked) and accept it within the time shown. 2. You go to the pick-up point. 3. You confirm the pick-up or handover with the code requested in the application. 4. You complete the mission in the application: otherwise it is not recorded. You cannot end your day while a mission, a passenger or a request is still in progress. Services may be closed at night, according to the hours shown in the application.

6. Earnings, commission and withdrawals

Price: calculated by the application according to the service and distance. For Carpooling, each passenger's price depends on the distance they actually travel. Commission: A-TaSA takes a commission on each mission, at the rate shown in the application. Online payment: your earnings, minus the commission, are credited to your A-TaSA wallet. Cash payment: you collect from the customer. The commission due becomes a debt, automatically deducted from your wallet or payable by Mobile Money. A cash collection limit applies; an unpaid debt may block cash collection and withdrawals. Withdrawals: you request a withdrawal whenever you wish, only to your account's Mobile Money number. The first request is approved by A-TaSA. Withdrawal fees are paid by A-TaSA.

7. Obligations, penalties and sanctions

You agree to: - Drive carefully and follow the highway code - Treat every customer and every parcel with care and respect - Keep your vehicle clean and in good condition - Keep your status up to date and report any incident - Not accept services outside the platform Cancelling after acceptance may result in a penalty, according to the rates shown in the application. Depending on severity: warning, temporary or permanent suspension (dangerous driving, theft, damage, fraud). A-TaSA may withhold earnings involved in an unresolved dispute.

8. Data protection

Data used: identity and file, GPS position while on duty, mission history, customer ratings. It is used to manage your account, run the service and keep everyone safe. It is never sold. You can ask to access, correct or delete it by contacting customer service.

9. Customer service and complaints

Customer service (activity, mission, payment): Phone: 01 62 15 09 09 Technical support (account, application): Phone: 01 47 61 09 09 Email: contact@a-tasa.com Website: atasa.com Support is available Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any payment dispute must be reported to customer service as soon as possible.

10. Changes and governing law

A-TaSA may change these terms. Any significant change is notified in the application; continuing to use it constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Benin. Any dispute falls under the competent court of Cotonou. © 2026 ATASA Group — Cotonou, Republic of Benin. All rights reserved.
